To thrive and stay relevant in an everchanging world we need to constantly develop and learn, together. Thats why we put a lot of effort into learning and development for our people.
Talent program: Every second year we offer a programme for high potential co- workers within the group. Focus in the programme is on leading yourself, financial training and strategic planning.
Introduction: Everyone working with us is invited to our head office in Karlstad for a 3-day introduction. A really appreciated and important part of getting into the Löfbergs group and culture. During the introduction everyone get to meet and talk to the owners and the management team focusing on history, values and strategy moving forward.
Leadership development programme: All leaders within Löfbergs group go through our leadership development programme, and so far more than 90 leaders have participated. During 2019 we re-launched the programme focusing even more on strategic understanding in an unpredictable world. We also have Leaders Days and digital meetings where our leaders learn and share knowledge with each other. And have fun together.
Inclusion ambassadors: During 2019 we launched our inclusion ambassadors programme with the purpose to speed up our work on inclusion and diversity. The inclusion ambassadors are 20 people across our group with the tasks to support the organisation to become aware and make inequalities and non-inclusive behavior visible and share their knowledge.
